All Greeley Rec Youth Sports coaches are volunteers who make a difference each day they show up and make positive connections with the youth on their teams. Here's how to get started.
First time coach with greeley rec? Here is a few steps to get you ready . . .

Fill out our forms and read over expectations:
- Fill out our New Volunteer Coach Registration
- Read though our
- Youth Sports Policies and Procedure
- Youth Sports Philosophy and Code of Ethics

Know and understand what the Greeley Rec will provide:
- Pre-season and mid-season check-ins, coaches' meeting and onboarding, weekly practice plans and coaches' manual, and ongoing coaching education
- Coaching equipment for your practices and games
- Gift of 100% refunded registration fee for the family member on the team you coach

Complete the following steps:
- Fill out the Volunteer waiver (annually)
- Complete the Free 1-hour Concussion Course via NFHS (annually)
- Return the completed application and course certification via email to sports@greeleygov.com or in person to the Greeley Recreation Center or Family Funplex.
